Donley Estate was founded in 2016 with the planting of our estate Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard. We later built a small winery on our property to maintain complete control over every step of the process, from vine to bottle.

We craft two wines—our estate Cabernet Sauvignon and a Sauvignon Blanc—the signature Napa Valley varieties that have shaped our winemaking journey.

Donley Estate is small enough that every bottle still has fingerprints on it—sometimes literally. We farm the vineyard ourselves, make the wines by hand, overthink every detail, celebrate the wins, stress over the weather, and somehow still manage to sleep during harvest.

Perched high above the valley floor on Howell Mountain, our vineyard gets unbelievable sunsets, cool mountain air, a uniquely distinct growing season, and a whole lot of family love packed into every vintage.

When the cork gets pulled, the mission is simple: elevate the moment. Whether it’s post-soccer tournament survival mode on a Sunday night, a random Tuesday when friends stop by unannounced, a long overdue date night, or dinner with that business associate swirling the glass like it’s the Olympics while confidently trying to guess the Cabernet clone—we want Donley Estate to fit right in.

And yes, every bottle is packed with detail, farming stories, and plenty of winemaking nerdiness—but we promise to save that part for anyone who asks.
